These Terms of Service govern your use of the Relix Studio website and your purchase of any custom replica products. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Custom orders

Every Relix Studio replica is made-to-order based on photos you provide at checkout. You agree that:

• The photos you upload are your own, or you have permission to use them.
• The subject of the photos (vehicle, vessel, etc.) is something you own, or you have the owner's permission to have a replica made.
• You will not submit photos that contain copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise restricted material that you do not have the right to reproduce.

You are responsible for the accuracy and quality of the photos you submit. We will produce the closest possible replica based on what you provide.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Prices may change without notice; the price you pay is the price displayed at the time of your order.

Order acceptance

Order placement constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for orders we believe violate these terms, contain prohibited content, or are placed in error.

Production timeline

Most orders ship within 2 weeks. Production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by factors outside our control (shipping, customs, manufacturing issues) do not entitle the customer to a refund.

Replacements

All sales are final and non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged or defective, a free replacement may be issued under the conditions described in our Replacement Policy. We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.

Intellectual property

The Relix Studio name, logo, and all website content are owned by Relix Studio. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relix Studio's total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
