Production and lead times

Every Relix Studio replica is made-to-order. Production begins shortly after we receive your photos and confirm your order. Most orders ship within 2 weeks of order placement, though complex builds may take slightly longer. Once your replica is finished, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping rates and methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value. We typically ship via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS, with delivery in 3 to 10 business days after dispatch depending on destination.

International orders — customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees collected by your local carrier on delivery. These charges are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.

Please check with your country's customs authority if you are unsure what may apply to your order. Customs charges are not refundable.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or unclaimed packages may be subject to a re-shipment fee.
