Shipping Policy

Production and delivery

Every Relix Studio replica is made-to-order. Your replica is typically delivered within 3 weeks after we receive your required photos and confirm your order. This estimate includes both production and shipping; it is not a dispatch-only estimate. Complex builds, remote destinations or customs delays may take longer. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Once your replica is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number.

Free worldwide shipping

Standard shipping is free to every country we deliver to. No shipping charge is added at checkout. We typically ship via DHL Express, FedEx or UPS. Any applicable taxes collected at checkout are shown before you pay.

United States orders

Import duties and import taxes are covered for orders delivered to the United States. You will not be asked to pay customs charges on delivery.

Orders outside the United States

Orders delivered outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees collected by your local carrier on delivery. These charges are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in free shipping, and we cannot estimate them in advance.

Please check with your country's customs authority if you are unsure what may apply to your order. Customs charges are not refundable.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or unclaimed packages may be subject to a re-shipment fee.
